Bestest Buds

I love that Weston and Kaiden get along so good, but even more I love it that they will spend time reading together. Weston is always so patient with Kaiden and helps him with his books. Not that Weston knows how to completely read yet, he mostly just has every single book memorized after it's been read to him once or twice. Kaiden I think is just milking it for now. He loves the attention Weston is giving him, so why not let his big bro/best friend take care of him and read to him? This is a very common thing in our home. The boys reading with or without mom and dad. I just love it.

6 months going on 6 years

Ok, so I thought crawling was scary, NO! 2 days after she learned how to crawl, she taught herself how to sit up. 2 days after that, this is what we found when she woke up from her nap! Aaaahhh!! The next day after that, she had climbed up 3 stairs in our house. Since our house has 3 levels, this is not good! Oh, and in this short time frame she got her first 2 teeth. Let me tell you, I LOVE NURSING.

I know it has been forever, but here is proof...my kids are still ALIVE!!! Here is Hannah, now 6 months and crawling all over! I am in denial and hoping that she'll slow down, but she is in such a hurry to catch up to Weston and Kaiden I think I am out of luck. Grrr. On the up-side, she is VERY smart so I am happy about that.

On the 9th of February we went to the start of the Yukon Quest Dog Sled race. We only got to stay for about 45 minutes or so because it was sooo cold. That day it got down to about -45.

Hannah Nevaeh Bodkin

born 13 Feb at 10:52 pm. She weighed 7lb 2oz and was 19.3 in long.

Joining the Blogging World

We are finally joining the blogging world with some help and pleading from Melissa. Here are a few pics of our cute family. We live in Alaska now and are trying to get used to the cold tempatures. It is different from Guam, that is for sure!!!
