Here is the story behind my emergency!...it was late on Friday night, Clayton's gone moose hunting so I am by myself with the kids and it is bedtime, but I was stalling because it's Friday and why do they REALLY need to be in bed by 7:30? SO, I let all 3 of my beautiful children comb my hair. Extra special for them (for some reason they LOVE it) & extra, EXTRA special for me! Who doesn't love having their hair combed??? Well, my sweet 7 year old was trying to curl my hair (with out my knowing of coarse) to make it "more beautiful". Since he obviously isn't allowed to use a curling iron, apparently the next best option is to use the comb and wrap waist long hair into itself and the comb all the way up to the scalp! When he showed it to me he said he "twisted it and turned it like a tornado". HELP!!! I need HELP! I have a comb stuck on the top of my head and it WILL NOT come out! I can't cut it, it is right on the top of my head! What do I do?!?!
It is now 3 hours later and this is the progress that I have made! This is how it looks on one side. It doesn't look too bad, but it really is. Because it is in the middle of the comb I can't flip the comb upside down toward the scalp to release the next rotation so it is totally stuck. URGH! This is so frustrating!!!
Here is the mess from the other side after the 3 hours of working on it. My arms are tired, I am tired, I am frustrated, I am MAD, I am discouraged, I am ready to cut my hair off....but....but....ugghhh, there has to be another option! HEEELLLLPPPPP!!!
So much for letting the kids stay up and play with my hair! Only a good idea in theory....NEVER again.

Oh my goodness!! I hope that you were able to get it out without chopping your hair, ouch!
Okay so its been several days since you posted. I hope someone came to your rescue. If not then my suggestion is to break the comb. haha. I'm so sorry. Miss you guys like crazy. So when are you going to announce that you are PCSing to Mountain Home?
